I have just resurrected my RT to debug a development product.
I have set “Allow non-members to create requests” and NO-ONE can
including members and administrators!!!
Please help,

Ah. you’re probably best off upgrading to 1.0.6. Actually, I’d probably
put it as a requirement. If folks are running pre 1.0 releases at this point,
well, lets just say that the support fees are going up sharply.
