Perl errors - solution

I managed to find a solution for my previous perl errors, it looks like
whatever changed with CPAN 9101 helped. It said there was a new version
of cpan available, so I did: install CPAN, and tried again, and it
actually went on. Now there is this last dependency like someone else
just encountered with ubuntu, I am using RHEL4 however. Would it be ok
for force it on??

Thanks,
