Per-ticket email addresses?


has anyone set up per-ticket email addresses in RT2? I did it,
and it mostly works, but RT thinks that all the correspondance
are entered by the per-ticket email address, not by whoever
sent the email.

Is this something that should not be attempted with RT2, or is
there some ways to teach RT2 that these addresses are just like
the per-queue ones?
