Hi Jesse,
On the 17th of June you said that you would accept a patch to allow the
WRAP=HARD to be configured in the configuration file.
Well, here is a patch to do just that 
Sorry for the delay in getting it to the list…
Note: This patch also allows you to specify the messagebox width. The
default is set in RT_Config.pm, and is the current values of “HARD” and 72
respectively.
