Open tickets count with restricted users, bug?

Hello,

I set a client group which has only acces to tickets is made, but when
somebody of this group logs on he sees the total ticket count per queue
on the welcome page.
Is this a bug or did I do somethinh wrong?
Is it a patch? if not, i’ll correct it…

So, the problem is that to apply ACLs, it’s about 10x the computational
intensity of getting raw counts.

I’d love to see a solution that doesn’t totally kill performance, though
