Open large attachements

Hi,

How can we open large documents sent by mail in RT?

We tried to open a PDF document of 91K but the data could not be
present.

We need to know more about Your setup, as there are several ways this
can happen. Common data needed to assess Your situation are:

    • which os/distribution?
    • which webserver/version?
    • mod_perl or fastscgi?
    • which version of the above?
    • what does the webserver configuration look like?
    • which version of perl?
    • which database backend and version?
    • what does the database backend configuration look like?
    • which mail server software (and version)?
    • which version of RT?
    • what’s in RT_SiteConfig.pm? (don’t forget to hide any passwords in
      there!)
    • has this worked before and broke by changing one or more of the
      components above?
    • if yes, which components were changed in what manner?
    • is this a general error, or is it only under specific circumstances?
      (in Your case: does it break all big files, or only PDFs?)
    • can the error be limited to hard numbers?
      (in Your case: What is the maximum size of a file that does not
      break?)
