One mail 2 queue?

hi.

I was looking info about that, bur i didnt find any.

its possible to have just 1 mail acount for example RT@domain.com that create tickets in 2 diferents queues?

mayby with custom header or similar? or just its possible with diferent alias using mailgate-rt?

If you’re using aliases and something like postfix you could have postfix route to different aliases based on some criteria.

The other option is to overlay the code for creating a new ticket from email and add some custom logic there

Yes in RT4 we used aliases, but i was think in our users… that sometimes dont have much idea about if the problem is for I+D dpt or just questions… hehe

You can use the “create ticket” action and trigger it when a ticket is created in the queue you want to copy/replicate.
