One get two emails when sendiing emails to queue

Hello,

I wonder how to stop RT from sending out two emails?
I get one confirmation message that you have this ticket nr and so on and that’s ok but one do also get a message that showing me what I wrote. Can I turn that off somehow?

Sounds like you have yourself set as the admincc of the queue? It was
something I noticed when I started using rt. Turned it off as we
started to add more and more users simply because I was getting tons of
emails about tickets I had nothing to do with.

Martin,

If you notice others getting emails confirming their transaction, then
perhaps you should turn off $NotifyActor in your RT_Siteconfig.pm file.
