Hi everyone,
Does anyone have scrips to share that sends mail on opening of tickets (statuschange from new to open, so we can let our requestors know that work has started on their request) and also to send mail when the ticket is allocated to someone (ownerchange from Nobody to anybody).
Are there any guidelines available to create/install scrips? Where does one start?
