On Create Autoreply To Requestors with template

Hi everyone,

I’m in touble with this situation: I don’t want recieve notifies when I
performs an update, so I turned off NotifyActor in RT_SiteConfig. But I
realy need an autoreply when I create a ticket becease I want to get the
Id No. from this autoreply mail. It seems that if both of there two
options are set, only the NotifyActor will take effect, so I can’t
recieve autoreply any more. :frowning:

Anyone has similar circumstance with me?
