On correspond, notify owner not working - rt 2.1.80

There’s an owner, but I’m failing to get the update sent to the ticket
owner. Scrips for this queue (all global) are below. Bug ?

Doesn’t appear to be picking up the owner when sending email… if I have
time later, I’ll try to track this down some more.----- Original Message -----

That’s not the same as owner though.

I’m the ticket owner, but the ticket was created through email. The
Requestor and AdminCcs get updates, owner doesn’t.

Not always, no.

Hmm. I’m having similar problems getting anything out of the ‘On Owner
Change’ condition. Worthy of further investigation I guess.
