Hi,
I’m having an odd problem with the “Search” function in rt-3-0-0. When
I put a tick number in and press search, it takes me to a page that says:
OK
The document has moved here.
Then I have to click on here and I get the ticket – have I misconfigured
something (or done something else equally stupid)?

You’re running Apache 2.0 with mod_perl 1.99. Best Practical strongly
recommends that users who need stability and functionality use mod_perl
1.0 and Apache 1.3 , at least until mod_perl 2.0 is actually declared
stable. At the moment, some of the underlying libraries used by RT
