Hi,
How do I enable notification of a user when he have been assigned
a ticket. I think this was default in RT1. I’m using RT 2.0.4.
(upgraded from RT1).
I tried adding “OnCreate NotifyOwner AutoReply” in the global configuration,
but it seems like that didn’t help.
btw: A little spelling error “Scrips” should be “Scripts” under
Config-Global-Scrips?
