Looking through the syslog (/var/log/messages) for our RT server, it sppears that the upgrade from 3.04 to 3.2 did not
create one particular table in which saved searches are stored. Here is one of several error messages that result from
trying to save a search:
rttest RT: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table ‘datart.Attributes’ doesn’t exist at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm line 410. (/usr/local/rt/lib/RT.pm:250)
Could someone from BestPractical pls publish the schema for this table so we can attempt to tack it on by hand? Is
there a better/smarter way to build it?
