Non-working links in Subject field

Hi list,

I’ve just upgraded from RT 3.0.8 to RT 3.2.0rc1 and am facing a peculiar
problem.

When I update tickets thru email, the Subject line displayed in RT comes
up with non-working html code, like so:

Subject:
issue1

This did not happen with 3.0.8. Any pointers on how to disable/configure
this is greatly appreciated.

We haven’t yet ported RTIR to take advantage of RT 3.2. I’ve got an
engineer working on that now. We’d recommend that you hold off on
running RTIR with 3.2 for now. If you’re interested in playing around,
the element you likely want to have a look at is /Elements/ScrubHTML.
