Linux is like a Vorlon. It is incredibly powerful, gives terse,
cryptic answers and has a lot of things going on in the background.
is there a mail trigger for tickets, which are over the due time? I want
to remind the owner of the ticket. Can’t find anything in the docu.
Somebody wrote an alarm/report script sometime for 1.0, can’t remember who
or where it is…anybody?
'twas me and it’s an alarm rather than a report script. It checks for
due dates but you can configure it up to also report on requests which
have not been changed in a long time. You’ll need to mess around with
the variables near the top to get it working at your site. It should
work with 1.0.
