No Ticket ID Specified?

Hi Guys,
I am getting this error, “No Ticket ID Specified - comment aliases require a
TicketId to work on” when a user clicks on Reply and sends a response to
the original requestor.

A copy of the message that is sent by rt-correspond@mydomain.com to
root@mydomain.com is as follows:

Your mail to ‘abuse’ with the subject

[mydomain.com #16606] (22.XXX.198.184)Unauthorized

Distribution of Copyrighted Motion Pictures (Reference#: 658131)

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

Message has implicit destination

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
notification of the moderator’s decision.
