No permission to create tickets

When a non-privileged user sends email to our RT instance the following message is displayed:

No permission to create tickets in the queue ‘General’

and that’s fine because that’s what we want, only allow privileged users to create tickets. My question is how do we change the wording of this message to make it more user-friendly?

That’s an interesting design. You should probably not advertise your instance email if end users cannot create tickets?

The hard way: lib/RT/Ticket.pm search for ‘lib/RT/Ticket.pm’ or the better way, do it inside the share/po files
