We recently upgraded from RT 3.0.11 to 3.2.2.
When we do a search and get results, and click on a ticket in the search, we no
longer see the “Next” and “Previous” links – where did they go? Many of our
users will go through a queue daily, and those links are very important so they
don’t have to click “Show Results” to get back to the search page to click the
next ticket. . .
