Newline handling

Hi!

It seems that newlines are handled poorly in our 3.5.2 install.

Any history recorded either from webinterface or mail has no "newline to
" added. This makes it all kinda cluttered.

Is there an easy fix to showing the content more correctly?

After a little bit of testing I found the following:

1 newline turns into a

2 newlines stays as 2 newlines

So:

Turns into:
1
2

3

4

Where do I go to change this behavior so it ends up as this:
1
2

3

4
