New tickets via email containing german umlauts

Hi,

we need to add new tickets via email, sometimes written in german with
umlauts (äöüß). When I add a ticket manually using the web-GUI RT accepts
all umlauts and displays them without any errors on request.

Sometimes emails containing umlauts will work correctly, sometimes RT
changes these to stranges ones.

Is this a “bug” or do I need to change some settings ?
