New install problems

Hi All,
I’ve got a new install and am playing with scrips but have managed to
break it so that a requestor isn’t getting an auto ack. My current global
scrips are

On Create Notify Requestors, Ccs and AdminCcs with template Autoreply
On Create Notify Requestors with template Autoreply
On Comment Notify Requestors and Ccs with template Transaction
On Correspond Notify Requestors, Ccs and AdminCcs with template
Correspondence
On Create Notify Requestors with template Autoreply
On Create Notify Requestors with template Autoreply

The notify action will not generate e-mail to the person sending the e-mail
unless you change the NotifyActor setting in RT_SiteConfig.pm. This is
why your scrips are not generating an autoreply to the Requestor.

If you change NotifyActor, then watchers will start getting e-mail everytime
they send an e-mail to RT.

If you just want an autoreply to the requestor for ticket creation, then
create a scrip like:

On Create Autoreply To Requestors with template Autoreply

This is one of the default scrips shipped with RT.

Hi All,

I am in the process of installing RT on a new server. We run RT
3.2.1 on another server. I am moving it and upgrading it to 3.4.5
using openpackage sources.

This is running on solaris 9.

I am able to bring up the web page and change the root password. I
get an error when I got to the Configuration page which is below and
I get an error if I try to look at the tickets contents also below.

Can anyone suggest where I should start trying to solve this? There
is nothing in the error log.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Lois

This is the error on the Configuration page:
