We would like to have a new field in the Quick ticket creation portal.
It would be the same as the Owner pull down that is there now.
However it would be called “Show” and it would allow the user to select from a list of shows in production.
I am assuming the file that deals with this is rt4/share/html/Elements/QuickCreate Am I correct on that?
What we would like is to be able to later search on the show name entered here.
Could anyone point me in the right direction to create such?
Again I am assuming it is very much like:
<&|/l&>Subject: <&|/l&>Queue:<& /Elements/SelectNewTicketQueue, Name => 'Queue' &>Creating a custom field works of course but it does not imbed inside the Quick Ticket Creation portal.
