Need help to make simple user-defined scrip work

I start to try something simple but still not work. I double check that scrip apply on helpdesk queue.

So it sends Admin Correspondence in HTML email every time something is done to a Helpdesk ticket?

It should but nothing happened.

Just to check you aren’t the person doing the action and the admin as well are you? Only RT is often configured to not send emails to people about things they already know about because they did them. I’ve often seen that trip people up during testing.
