Can someone point me in the right direction
what i need is a script that sends me notification when i am assigned
the ticket.
most of our users look at RT constantly and do not want the emails,
but i never look at it.

the ticket.
We never figured it out. I think our conclusion was that the order
of scrips firing was such that the notices went out before the change
of owner was applied, so on owner change couldn’t notify the new
owner.
please correct me if I’m wrong. I’d love to have that functionality.

Look at the code for the OnOwnerChange condition and create a custom
condition to suit your needs.
