hello all…
i am receiving the following errors when running ‘make
initialize-database’ on a new installation of rt3… anyone know what
this might be??? ( further config info at bottom )

In order to create a new database and grant RT access to that database,

Reinstall your DBD::mysql module. It’s linked against something
that has changed.

i downloaded the latest DBD::mysql from here:
http://www.helgrim.com/perlmodules/
and installed Msql and Mysql modules…
rm’d the initial installation directory for rt and unpacked it again.
make install run’s clean, but when running make initialize-database i
get the same error:
