It is failing when trying to create indexs - complaining that fields being
used to index on aren’t set to ‘NOT NULL’
RH7.2, mysql 3.22.32, rt 2.0.14

Currently supported: Mysql 3.23.38 or newer.
(Some older releases had crippling SQL bugs)
Postgres 7.1
Partially supported: Oracle 8i
Upgrade MySQL.
