Mysql Crash when attaching a file

Hello,

we have a problem with the mysql DB (4.0.20) and RT 3.2.0 on a Suse
Linux 8.1. When someone try to attach a file, sometimes the database crash.
This is the error:
041103 12:47:59 Warning: Asked for 196608 thread stack, but got 126976
041103 12:47:59 InnoDB: Database was not shut down normally.

The max attachment size is set to 150 MB (in the RT and in the mysql DB)

The crash happens not very often and it’s not reproducable.

Any ideas? Problem in RT or mysql?

Thank you!

Hi,

I have noticed that when making a comment/reply, the list of recipients
are not displayed in the ticket. They are, however, recorded in the
Attachments.Headers field in the DB.

Has anyone every made a patch to display this in the page, explicitly
stating e.g.:

sent to: someone@somewhere.com cc: someone.else@somewhereelse.com

body of correspondence

Any suggestions welcome.

I would guess a MySQL issue, 150MB of blob is fairly excessive imho.
