For whatever reason, I can’t use the web interface to upload one or
multiple files to a ticket…
So I figured I’d email them. But it only appears to be able to handle 1
attachement per E-mail… any idea why?
As well, if you have a signature setup, everytime you do an update that
has the comment window on there (even if not touching the comment area),
it feels the need to add that comment. If you ditch the signature, will it
ditch the blank comment? (Can you delete comments without raw database
The site says RT has been in devel since 1996 or 97… Was that active
devel for the past 5 years?
