Hi list,
two of my team members have taken a ticket at the same time, resulting in multiple ownership. I attach some screenshots:
I seem to remember this was not possible in RT <4, and I wasn’t aware of this possibility. I wouldn’t know how to replicate, as it seems the “owner” field only accepts a single username.
Is this a bug, or a feature? If it’s a feature, how do we assign tickets to multiple users?
