I’m using ticket approval on RT 3.8.4
I would like to set multiple approvers on some tickets of the queue.
The reason is that tickets have to wait for only one owner’s back when he is absent.
AdminCC can approve the ticket, but I’m not satisfied with the RT’s behavior which is different between Owner and AdminCC.
When I set multiple owners, RT sets the approver to nobody and doesn’t work.
Who can set multiple owners(approvers) for ticket approval ?
