Mozilla connection to RT2 hangs on SUBMIT ticket?

I’m running Mozilla (built last week) and RT2 on FreeBSD-4.5. I’ve
got no problems talking to RT2 via Netscape, but when I CREATE a
ticket to RT2 from Mozilla, it hangs. Anyone seen this?

Guess I’ll need to sniff the net but need to do it from another box
with Mozilla since I can’t see the packets (going to localhost).

if I recall, there was a problem with certain versions of Mozilla.
Search the archives and see if the error wasn’t with Mozilla version
0.9.7.

are you using version 0.9.7 of Mozilla?

Doh! I didn’t try a good enough query; I see it now. Sorry :frowning:

Dang, yes. I thought I had recently built from source, the 0.9.8
version. I’ll try removing the old and try the newer.

Followup: yes, and it hung; just got 0.9.8 and it seems fine (so far).
