More than one RT

Hi all,
We have more than one customer (thanks god:) )
and they have seperate projects and of course problems,
each customer should enter bugs, search only their own
projects/bugs/problems. But with a single installation
i think this is impossible. So i want to setup different databases,
and virtual hosts on a single machine running solaris9.
Is there any other way or solution ?

I don’t see why a one queue per customer solution in a singe RT instance
wouldn’t work. You’d share ticket numbers across customers, but apart
from that you can keep them seperate very easily.
