More Options

I would like to have the following configurable options
either in the config file or from web.

-show-priority-changes
-show-sent-emails

It’s highly annoying to see ALL the priority changes when
running ticket escalation every night. Maybe this could be
a user-option?

Just disabling showing priorities change would be sufficent,
as seeing dozens of lines for that in a row is plain unnecessary.

It’s also quite unnecessary for us to see the sent emails,
even if that is a nice feature. Maybe user-option

Could emails and the priorities be on a “Full History” page maybe?
