Modifying the create ticket screen

Is there a way to modify the form for ticket creation, so I can place the
fields where I want them?

Mathieu,

Yes. Copy the Create.html file from it’s “Share” location to a “local”
location in the directory (/local/html/Ticket).
There you can modify to your hearts delight.
