We’ve been having a problem recently where several people may try and
correspond on a ticket via email, (for example a few people across a
company who are involved in the problem) … unfortunately when a person
who isn’t the requester mails in with the correct subject line, the
email is simply lost.
I assume the overall kludge for this is to allow everyone to modify any
ticket … which I am not overly keen on … but is there any way to:
- Let them get created as new tickets
- Let the get a bounce message (ie you are not the requester)
- Let them simply append to the ticket rather than have full
modification rights ?
Any ideas / suggestions greatly received.
