Modify ticket rights

Hi,

As per Request Tracker Wiki (Right at the
bottom):

  • To change the Status from any to ‘deleted’ the user needs the DeleteTicket
    right.

Where is this defined in RT? I have already defined some custom status
which seems to be working fine (notably, added a ‘closed’ status), but I
want to restrict my users now so that they can mark the ticket as ‘Closed’,
but not as ‘Resolved’.

This seems to be the perfect place for me to do so… But alas, I can’t find
the spot in the code. I’m running the latest version of RT.
