Missing left nav in RT 3.2.0

Hi,

The left navigation is missing from the Ticket tab in RT 3.2.0.

This means that the we don’t see the search box as in 3.0.9 or the
ticket details menu.

I have deleted mason_data and restarted the server with no effect.
Removing the entire RT directory and re installing from scratch is not
an option as this is a live install.

Anyone any clues how to fix this quickly?

FYI,

Found a solution to this issue.

rt3/share/html/Ticket/Element/Tabs:
change line 34 to
my $current_toptab = “Search/Listing.html”,

This makes the tabs re-appear. Not sure if this is a bug or not and its
probably not the most elegant way to fix this.
