Minor approval bug

Hi all,

The template ‘All Approvals Passed’ has content:

Ticket Rejected: {$Ticket->Subject}

Greetings,

Your ticket has been approved. Its Owner may now start to act on it.

I pretty sure the ‘Ticket Rejected:’ part is a bug.
