Messages in log files

Hello!

My log files have entries of the following type:

Jul 14 17:14:35 helpdesk RT: [26957] rt-4.4.4-26957-1594761275-338.21-11-0@example.com No recipients found. Not sending.

Why is it specifying this non-existing (example . com) email as the sender and how can I fix this? In the tickets the email address originated from RT is shown correctly. i find this only in the log files.

What do you have for your organization config value? I believe it is the name for your RT not a user

Only $rtname was set on the RT_SiteConfig.pm file, organization was not set. Perhaps that is the issue.

If your logs are noisy you can set them to “error” level logging instead of debug as well
