I’m thinking of integrating a shared mailbox in my RT5, that is, creating automatic tickets when someone sends an email to my shared mailbox.
I have been seeing some tutorials ( postfix / fetchmail ) but none specific to shared mailboxes, I have also seen that Microsoft changed the issue of authentications.
My question is: Currently, what is the correct way to integrate in RT5 ?
PD: Mailbox is into Outlook Exchange, RT into Ubuntu Server 20.04
