Lost more than 50000 tickets after rt2-to-rt3 migration

RT2.0.13/mysql3.23/perl5.6.1/51604 Tickets → RT3.0.4/mysql4.0.11.perl5.8.0/958
Tickets

I tried it twice.

Import got all the tickets. But dump did not export them all.

Any help/suggestion would be appreciated

You can probably use the exporter’s incremental mode as a work around.

There are some issues with the 1.13 export/import toolset with
RT 3.0.4. Stay tuned for 1.14 and see if it fixes things for you.

I now used rt2-to-rt3 v 1.16. It finally exported all the tickets from RT2.0.13
to RT3.0.4. However now RT3.0.4 seems to be little slower than RT2.0.13. I find
it 5 secs slower. Any thing I can do to tweak the database to improve the
