Hi, I asked Jesse about adding a feature to RT, and the cost quoted is
a bit steep for us to bear alone. I’m looking for others who might be
interested in splitting the cost with us.
What we’re asking to be built is some mechanism to reply to a ticket
from a set of FAQ responses. The responses would be structured like
templates: some global, and some per-queue, with a similar interface
