Login problems

Hi everybody,

I’ve just installed RT-2.0 the first time…

  • mySQL looks
  • I can add users via “rtadmin”
  • but I can’t login via the web !

I’ve read just now a thread in rt-devel ("[rt-devel] Login problem") where
some says he changed the method to get…
I’ve tried it and it works !!!

but now i’ve the same problem with every other ?
what can we, where can I help to debug ?

You shouldn’t need to edit any code for normal logins to work.

hmmm… if I “POST” the form, nothing happens (no “Error” Box, nothing),

Ok,

I think I found the problem on the Mason Mailing list:

it seems to be a problem with the CGI::Cookie and Apache::Session
(look at http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=mason&m=98649931221683&w=2)

I’ll try to fix this, any help, ideas are welcome…
