Logging SCRIPS activity

I would like to log the activity associated with a ticket that the
SCRIPS actions take. For example, when the Owner is notified via email,
I would like to log in the ticket that this action took place. When an
email is sent to the requestor, I would like to see when this activity
took place.

Is there an easy way for me to be able to do this?

That’s a feature we’re currently developing for a customer for RT 3.2.
The easy way is to sit back and wait for a few months and watch the
feature magically appear in RT’s core.
