Ho do I get the list of user accounts who can login to RT, from CLI?

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

I don’t have any external auth. All accounts are statically created. So I guess
I could query the mysql database to get the list of user accounts. But I like to
to do it using rt cli or may be some other RT way which can be run as a cronjob,

RT 3.8.2
perl 5.8.8
