I have configured “keyword selections” on Request Tracker, but i it
appears that only users with administrative privilages could use this
functionality. In such case does any one know how to extend keyword
functionality to Non-privilaged users ?

In global rights, there are two rights called “AdminKeywordSelects” and
“AdminKeywords” that will grant access for those operations.

Marc,
I tried granting those two access rights to "everyone" and also for
the “requestor” ,but this didn’t seem to work. Non-privilaged user is
still not able to see the “keyword selections” while creating the ticket.
