I’m using 2.0.8 with the new create ticket UI. When I add a keyword
from that UI, the value does not appear to “take” – when the new ticket
is displayed, there are no keywords defined.
Using the normal keyword ui works fine.

Have a look at the last post on the rt-users list about this - subject is rt208 “Show Details”

It seems to be bug in the code, it works when you add multiple keywords, but not with just one.
