Hi,
I have an issue as below:
Any mail generated for a ticket should have “From Name” as “Queue Name”.
For example:
If the “Queue name is My_Queue” the mail should have “From Name as
My_Queue”. But I am not getting the “From Name as My_Queue”.
How can we solve this problem?
