Invalid Content-Transfer-Encoding causes Yahoo mail to show messages as blank

I’ve just filed a tiny (1 character!) patch, making the
Content-Transfer-Encoding header that RT sends valid, avoiding a bug in
Yahoo webmail, which otherwise displays RT’s messages as blank.
